Ayurvedic Massages
Ayurvedic massages support long-term well-being, stress regulation, and vitality.
My work primarily supports women and is rooted in Ayurveda’s preventive approach to health and longevity.
Each massage is tailored to the individual and adapted to your current needs, with the intention of supporting your body over time rather than offering only short-term relief.

1
Who is it for?
These massages are especially suited for women who want to:
-
reduce chronic stress and nervous system overload
-
support energy levels and physical resilience
-
care for their body preventively before symptoms become persistent
-
stay connected to their body during demanding phases of life
If you have specific health conditions, are pregnant, or are unsure whether a massage is right for you, a short conversation in advance is recommended.
2
How is a Massage Appointment Structured?
Each session is tailored to your needs and includes:
-
A brief consultation to assess your current state and personalize the treatment.
-
The massage itself, using warm herbal oils and techniques suited to your body’s needs.
-
A moment to rest, allowing the oils to deeply nourish your skin before concluding the session and enjoy a cup of warm herbal tea.

Ayurvedic Nutrition & Lifestyle coaching sessions follow a different structure, starting with a more in-depth intake. These sessions may include personalized guidance on nutrition, lifestyle, and daily routines to support your well-being.

How to Prepare for Your Appointment
Before Your Appointment:
To help you feel comfortable during and after your session, I recommend:
-
avoiding heavy meals for at least two hours before your appointment
-
wearing comfortable, loose clothing that you do not mind getting a little oil on
-
bringing warm layers and something to cover your head, as you may leave with a light layer of oil on your skin.

After Your Appointment:
To support your body after the massage, I recommend:
-
taking a warm shower once you are home
-
drinking warm water or herbal tea
-
avoiding strenuous physical activity for the rest of the day
-
resting, staying warm, and choosing light, nourishing meals
-
Allow yourself some quiet time, as the effects of the massage may continue to unfold over the next hours.
